We would like to draw your attention to the fact that creating bouquets is a manual job, which means that each bouquet is unique, even with an identical composition of flowers. When fulfilling your order, we reserve the right to make certain changes that will be related to the assortment of items on the day of the order, but these changes will not significantly affect the color scheme, size and shape of the bouquet.

In the event of a unavailability or reservation for this type of flower, a replacement or refund or cancellation of the order may be offered.

DELIVERY
  • Daily delivery from 9:00 to 19:00 (except Sunday 10:00-18:00) cost within the city +100 UAH
  • Night delivery from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM cost within the city + 300 UAH

When ordering from 3000 UAH, flower delivery in the city of Uzhhorod is free (from 9:00 to 19:00)

Orders for same-day delivery are accepted until 6:00 PM.

*The cost of delivery to remote areas of the city and the region is specified individually.

Delivery is carried out approximately 1-3 hours from the moment of payment for the order. We will be very grateful for the order made in advance, so we can reserve the best positions for you and reproduce the ordered bouquet. In the absence of information about the recipient's location, couriers independently specify the address at which it will be convenient to receive the delivery.

On holidays (Valentine's Day, March 8, Mother's Day, etc.) we cannot guarantee delivery at the exact time due to heavy traffic, but you can choose a delivery time slot (for example, 9-12 am, 12-3 pm, 3-6 pm)

• cash or bank card via the terminal in our stores
• cash to the courier upon receipt
• by bank account details
